I spent just over a year working in one of the most renowned spas learning all of their ooey-gooey treatments so I could bring them to you without the sky high spa price point! And, of course, I have to add my signature Soulfish flair with homemade, and customizable products, infrared sauna, hot stones and more!
This treatment is designed for absolute bliss. Beginning with an infrared sauna to kick your thermal system in gear, then followed with my homemade Himalayan salt and lavender bud body scrub to exfoliate and prepare the skin. When that’s removed with hot towels, the mineral rich earl grey mud mask is applied and cocooned onto the body in a thermal wrap with heat to maximize the deeply nourishing, firming, and detoxifying effects of the mud. During this time a head massage, foot massage, or reiki, or any combination therein is offered. Once removed, a shea butter massage with custom oil blends completes the treatment leaving you relaxed, revived, and refreshed.
